Eco Abet Summer Charrette

Eco Abet is hosting the second annual summer charrette and fund / friendraiser this Thursday, July 12.  As more than 90% of the population cannot afford design services, the mission is to bring local non-profit organizations together with the design community to address the needs of local under-served groups. Funds generated by the event will be used to provide architecture and design internships with Eco Abet. In return, interns will provide a valuable design service to underserved communities.

Our own Vicki McGuire will be volunteering and presenting for the Summer Charrette on behalf of Interior Surface. Vicki and her team will be designing a new temple for St. Mary Orthodox Church using sustainable, natural building materials. We are so excited for this great cause!
